Find and open reports
Search the report list
Open Explorer. Search Reports filters the displayed reports by title, data source or owner. Select a report title to open it.
Clear the search text to show all reports available to you. Search only includes reports you can access in the active organization.
A report is missing
- Check that you are working in the correct organization.
- Clear the search, then try part of the title or the owner's name.
- Ask the owner or an administrator to check the sharing settings.
A direct link does not grant access. A report may also have been deleted or its sharing settings changed.
Reading and editing
Being able to open a report does not necessarily mean you can edit it. Available actions depend on your permissions. On small screens, access focuses on reading.
